Victoria's Secret recently opened the doors to their Stratford store with no problems but this week, reports emerged that the opening of their highly anticipated Bond Street store might not be so easy.
During the week the Evening Standard ran a piece reporting that British department store Fenwick, which sits opposite where the new store will be, are allegedly 'concerned about the potential provocative window displays and the kind of shoppers it will attract.'
While the reports sound far fetched, there's no denying that us Brits are known for being on the prudish side especially in comparison to our European counterparts but according to reports today, the allegations are false. 'We welcome any new retailer who brings a new customer to Bond Street,' the retailer told Vogue UK in a statement.
Do you think it' worth all the fuss?
