It looks like Gemma Ward's move into the world of film from modelling might be a permanent one. The model has bagged roles in 'The Black Balloon', will appear in 'Pirates of The Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides' and is rumoured to be cast in 'Jack The Giant Killer'.

The film, which is scheduled to begin filming in spring, is allegedly "a remake of the 1962 film of the same name. Jack the Giant Killer recounts the story of a boy who rescues a princess from evil sorcerers."
