New reality show Running in Heels shows that one fashion assistant who's a bit insecure about her already small thighs (lady, we've all been there) finds herself at an emotional breaking point when another assistant slinks into a silk jumpsuit that, dang it, just won't fit her.

As much as clothes can be a hassle sometimes, please remember that they are, in fact, just clothes.
