Karl Lagerfeld is a busy man. Aside from his duties at Chanel, Fendi and his namesake line, the last few months has seen him launch his capsule collection for Macy's as well as a cosmetics collection exclusively with Sephora but of course, it doesn't end there. On February 7 international newspaper Metro will had over the reigns of the publication to Kaiser Karl for the whole day.
Along with his famous illustrations, Lagerfeld will be sharing his views in what will undoubtedly be a series of priceless commentary in a feature called, 'The World According to Karl.' “I love daily papers and it’s fun to be part of one of them just for the day,” he told WWD. “Metro is on a worldwide scale and it’s even more fun.”
Just to keep things interesting, you could be in with a chance of joining the designer at the newspaper's Paris office for the whole day of his take-over as an editorial assistant and walk away with a load of Lagerfeld goodies. According to WWD, all you need to do is submit your "fashion statements" to a website but the direct URL address is yet to be confirmed.
