Karl Lagerfeld seems to have a thing for photographing Baptiste Giabiconi in women's clothes and/or shoes: This is at least the third time he's done it. Specifically, for the fall issue of Purple magazine, he's chosen a pair of stilettos. Back in March, it was a tweed Chanel jacket, necklace and heels for French Vogue, and then a Chanel couture gown for Japanese Vogue in July.

Lagerfeld's last muse, Brad Kroenig, had similar treatment. Just watch 'Lagerfeld Confidential' for a scene of the Kaiser shooting a fur-wrapped Kroenig in the French countryside.
