News just in: the multi-tasking, career-juggling supermodel/designer/muse that is Kate Moss has now set her sights on designing more high-end pieces. Since the launch of her Kate Moss for Topshop range in 2007, Ms Moss has gone from strength to strength with the range, gaining herself an army of fans both here and Stateside. It seems the new year has brought with it the need for a new challenge for the queen of laid-back luxe. So to flex her bulging design muscles, Moss is teaming up with Longchamp, famed for its 'Le Pilage' nylon tote bag, to release her debut handbag collection.
Moss, who has been the face of the luxury label for the past four years, has decided to swap front of house for the design studio. No details have been leaked as yet, but we do know that you can expect the line to hit the stores on February 11. But it's probably worth keeping a close eye on Ms Moss' arm candy in the coming weeks: She's bound to preview something from the line sooner or later, or here's hoping.
