Ever imagined how you'd respond if you were snubbed by a VIP, perhaps even Anna Wintour? Well thanks to Paulina Porizkova's blog, we got unexpected insight into how the ex-supermodel dealt with being snubbed by Anna Wintour at the recent AmFAR Benefit. Porizkova, who burst onto the modelling scene in the '80s, fast became a bonafide supermodel following appearances on numerous covers like Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Self, Glamour and Vogue - long before she was invited to sit alongside Tyra Banks and Nigel Barker as a judge on America's Next Top Model (until she was reportedly fired in May last year).

So as a Vogue covergirl numerous times in the past, we would have thought that Wintour would have remembered Porizkova, and perhaps even said a proper hello. On the contrary, Paulina reports, through her Huffington Post blog. Porizkova said: "'Hi Anna,' to Anna's mirror reflection. Her large eyes in her large head flickered. And with the slightest nod, one that may have been a twitch, she left me standing at the sinks. I admit I felt a bit more than slighted, I was after all, on quite a few covers of her magazine, and the glance she gave me is one I'd give to an expired carton of milk. I am aware my expiration date (as a model) is long past, but a slight acknowledgment that I wasn't the bathroom attendant would have been nice."

The ball's in Wintour's court, but we somehow can't imagine that a public apology will be forthcoming anytime soon.
