Kate Moss' upcoming book might not be a tell-all, by Premier Model Management founder Carole White's new book will be. Today, White confirmed that she's working on a memoir detailing her experiences in the industry from her model days to founding the agency with brother Chris in 1981 and looking after the likes of Cindy Crawford and Naomi Campbell.
'Having worked in the fashion industry for over 40 years, and managed the careers of the supermodels at the height of their fame, I am forever being asked questions by the press and public alike about the modelling world,' she told Vogue. 'Compiling a book of my memories - both good and bad - just seemed to be the next transition and I would love to share and give people an insight into the industry I love.'
The book is a guaranteed hit. In 2010 White testified in the trial of former Liberian President Charles Taylor saying that Naomi Campbell had accepted a blood diamond and most recently she started legal action against her former booker Jon Bruce, aka the one that always cried on the agency's reality show, for stealing potential models. It's safe to say, then, that there will be a lot that people will want to read about.
The book, which is yet to be named, will hit stores in April 2013.
