I've never been the biggest fan of Madonna's red carpet looks but I was pleasantly suprised by what she wore to attend the Venice Film Festival this week.

At the event to celebrate the screening of her film 'W.E' she opted for this elegant but fun pale blue Vionnet dress with butterfly detail teamed  with 40s-style curls and red lips.
