Last month Hunter announced the launch of a nationwide campaign to track down the best outfits worn with their boots. Previously a staple footwear choice of farmers and royals, in recent years the ubiquitous wellington boots have adorned the feet of celebrities such as Rachel Bilson, Daisy Lowe, Kate Moss and Alexa Chung, quickly becoming a festival goers favourite.

The competition is a celebration of Hunter's heritage and will be judged by fashion expert and boutique owner, Brix Smith-Start who describes hunters as "the Rolls Royce of wellington boots."

The winners of the four competition categories - boy, girl, group and couple - will each receive a bespoke welly pouch which has been specially designed to fit the Hunter Original boots. In addition, each of the finalists' pictures will be posted on Hunter's facebook page along with Brix Smith-Start's comments and the opportunity for facebook users to vote for their favourite outfit. The winner of the facebook voting poll will then receive an invitation to attend the Hunter HQ to choose a new pair of Hunter boots and accessories from the Spring/Summer 2010 collection. Keep an eye on daily posts from the judges relating to comments, pictures and behind the scene footage of the judging process. With only a few days left until the competition closes (10th October 2009), we would advise you to get sifting through your festival photos to be in with a chance of winning.
