According to sources, Robbie Myers and Joe Zee could be rubbing shoulders with Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington. Why you ask? If recent reports are anything to go by, Conde Nast's cut backs are not just about cutting budgets due to the current economic climate. They are said to be trying to buy ELLE from Hachette Filipacchi.
On Monday, CEO Chuck Townsend said: "The [McKinsey] review has led us to a number of decisions designed to navigate the company through the economic downturn and to position us to take advantage of coming opportunities."
Fashion Week Daily claimed that "industry insiders are buzzing about Conde Nast possibly acquiring Elle in its quest to fill their lineup with broader offerings," but nothing has been confirmed.

Francois Nars, the founder and creator of the eponymous beauty and cosmetic brand, has decided to create a book to celebrate the brand's 15th anniversary. The forward thinking make-up artist-come-photographer has enlisted the help of a few of his celebrity friends to pose in the 15 portraits in the book, named '15x15'. Naomi Campbell, Marc Jacobs, Daphne Guiness, Amber Valleta and Olivier Theyskens, amongst others, have all been photographed and made-up by Nars himself, to represent iconic images or people so that 'there is something different on every page'.
