I really came back 10 days ago [from the fashion shows in Europe] and there was a lot of tension in the office, much more than before.

Now that 'The City' has been cancelled, and now that Kelly Cutrone has said 'Kell on Earth' won't come back to Bravo for a second season, there's a gap in the market for Cutrone TV. Don't fear if you're a fan of the small screen's snarkiest fashion publicist. Although Cutrone told The Cut she's "done" with reality TV, she did say: "I’m doing a television show that I’m on that’s not scripted, but it’s not based on me running around and sharing my personal life in my office and in my home.” Confused? Us too.
She explained more about the show, which will run on MTV and reportedly have a pilot finished in January: “I think it’ll be me more working with young people who want to be in these different industries, so it might be something like, you know, you look like a fashionista but you’re not, you look like a skate dude but you’re not, you look like a hotshot entrepreneur but you’re not, maybe you should walk the walk. So it’s, like, part Great Santini, part fairy godmother.”
And since Cutrone is used to a two-show TV presence, she also revealed that she has a “syndicated daytime regular big thing” in talks. She remained vague on the details but did say that her book (If You Have to Cry Go Outside: And Other Things Your Mother Never Told You) had a large part in opening the next doors in her career.

As previously reported, this summer Lara Stone launched legal proceedings against French Playboy for publishing unauthorised images of her shot by Greg Lotus. When asked how she felt about it at the time she said: "It's not the kind of publication I would ever choose to appear in. I feel I have no option but to take steps to protect my reputation.''
The courts agreed, making it clear that the model has a legal right to protect her images from being used in a way that she's not happy with. According to reports, Stone was awarded a considerable sum in damages that she donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital. In the next issue, the magazine will have to release a statement apologizing and making it clear that they infringed on her rights.

Our favourite models have secretly been undergoing big makeovers. After much speculation, Catherine McNeil's agency has finally confirmed that the model has undergone a big change, releasing this image of her new black bob.
Abbey Lee Kershaw was the first to start the makeover trend this season - deciding to go blonde for the S/S11 shows and cutting her hair to shoulder length for a recent Chanel campaign. Ajak Deng followed suit, also deciding to go blonde after being encouraged by Jimmy Paul and Edward Enninful. “They dyed my hair for Italian Vogue, but everyone seems to like it, so I think I’m going to keep it like this for a while! It was a little shocking,” she told Modelinia. “I was crying, but now I’m trying to rock my new hair!”

I've worked in fashion for sixty years and have a certain knowledge so that I don't have to prove myself each year. I've continued to create every year, even every day, but I don't show my work.
