Riccardo Tisci isn't afraid to do something different when it comes to his ad campaigns at Givenchy. After six years together, David Lauren finally proposed to Lauren Bush on Friday night at the Met. "David told Lauren that he was taking her to see an exhibit, then got down on one knee," a source told the New York Post. "He had a beautiful ring ready. It was a total surprise to her, and they are both so happy."
Their engagement will see the joining of two powerhouse families as David is son of Ralph Lauren, while Lauren is the niece of former president, George W. Bush. The big questions is whether Bush will take Lauren's name and become Lauren Lauren. As funny as that would be, something is telling that he's not going to happen.
