Do not Facebook the owner of a fashion agency asking for a job. I've said this before and yet people still Facebook me. The messages often contain grammatical errors, they don't make sense or they are littered with acronyms like LOL. If you do Facebook the owner, have something interesting to say and use a spell check.

We're not sure if her new performance persona Sasha Fierce has anything to do with the change in Beyoncé, but we've noticed of late we've lost the natural bootilicious beauty to a seemingly Gaga inspired diva. Veering away from her usual au natural make-up, Beyoncé has been sporting 'drag queen make-up' (as dubbed by The Cut) for her past two videos, Telephone and Video Phone, and her latest delivery - Why Don't You Love Me - sees the starlet sporting a thick brow, eyeliner reminiscent of Winehouse and red lips.
Moving away from Gaga and channelling Daisy Duke, she goes on to accessorise some rather short denim hotpants with a tied checked shirt, headscarf and hold-ups. Add in a few graphics to the video alongside the styling and we're not entirely sure we recognise the irreplaceable Destiny's Child star that we loved so. Why does Jessica Simpson spring to mind..?

As one of the first places to recognise Viktor and Rolf, the Hyéres Internation Festival of Fashion and Photography, which takes place each year in Southern France is known as the place to be for cutting edge talent. It should come as no surprise, then, that the winner of this year's award voted on by the public went to 33 year old Tsolmandakh Munkhuu. The Paris-based designer - who originates from Mongolia - painted the models for her show entirely black, for a collection of layering, volume and juxtaposed textures.
Walking away with a prize of 15,000 euros, Alexandra Verschueren won the L'Oreal Professional Grand Prize with a collection inspired by German artist Thomas Demand - impressing Dries Van Noten, Sarah Mower and Charlotte Stockdale, who all sat on the fashion jury.
The reason I quit fashion was that I had had enough of spending my time always being on my knees, making other people look amazing and fabulous. I used fashion to express myself as much as I could. But at some point, it was not enough.
