Gwyneth Paltrow is never afraid of taking a risk and this dress that she wore to the Bambi Awards last night was definitely that. The combination of the bright green with the plunge neck and the sequin on the Elie Saab creation definitely makes a statement.

Cast your mind back to the release of Kate Moss' wedding photos back in June and you'll remember the attention that the unveiling of her younger sister, Lottie, caused with industry insiders quickly dubbing her the next big thing.

Looking at Nicole Richie today, it's difficult to remember her days as Paris Hilton's boob-flashing friend and 'Simple Life' co-star. Over the past few years her hard work has really paid off. Her clothing and accessories line continue to go down well with the fashion press and her loyal customer base and last month she announced that she's working on a debut fragrance.
But it doesn't end there. Reports today allege that Richie is currently working on a a new line with QVC. “The line is cute — it can be worn by teeny-tiny girls but also goes up to size XXXL,” a source told US Weekly. “Nicole has a great fashion sense, and she’s very hands-on.” So far no information on the name or price point of the line has been released.
We've been talking about it for the past month and yesterday finally saw Victoria's Secret host their annual catwalk show. Kanye West and Jay-Z were the suprise performers of the night in addition to Maroon 5 and Nicki Minaj who had both already been confirmed.
Guests at the after party ranged from Donna Karan and Carine Roitfeld to Nicky Hilton and Lala Vazquez and Joan Smalls gets my vote for the best dressed Angel on the night.
Everything on the creative side of fashion is instinctive. I know for certain when something’s good when I get a physical reaction to it — like goose bumps, a shout of laughter, even feeling a bit nauseous at the newness in front of you. That ‘sick’ reaction is what I had when I came across Christopher Kane at Central Saint Martins ... he was doing something so borderline vulgar with his neon-bandage collection, but I could see he was frighteningly talented.
