Style for me is a casual way of putting something on. It’s not thought out but needs to suit your way of life. Now I like wearing the same sweater over and over again, then taking it off when it’s smelly.

Today's been a good day for Orla Kiely. Earlier today we unveiled the campaign for their new collaboration with Uniqlo and yesterday Kate Middleton chose their jacquard shirt dress to attend her first public engagement as royal patron of The Art Room - a charity supporting disadvantaged children's self-esteem through art.
As you would expect, the dress has already sold out and in all three colour options and in every size. But this isn't the first time that the Duchess has shown her selling power. Cast your mind back to December and you'll remember that £69.99 Zara lace dress that she wore to a charity concern, which sold out in every size within minutes. And of course, the Reiss Shola dress that she wore to meet the Obamas did exactly the same and increased traffic to their online shop by 500 percent. It begs the question - who's up next?

Kanye West has been attending London Fashion Week for a while now. In the past he's popped up on the front row at shows like Burberry and Christopher Kane but this season he didn't do the usual rounds. Instead, he only attended the Mark Fast show leading many to believe that he is working with the knitwear designer.
Last season the only younger brand that he went to see was Louise Goldin who we now know worked with him on his debut collection for his eponymous line so his arrival at Fast's show seems to be more than a coincidence. If that has convinced you, Fashionista confirmed that an undisclosed source confirmed that Fast is in fact helping the rapper on his second collection which is set to be unveiled on March 6.

To celebrate the launch of Uniqlo's collaboration with Orla Kieley and their new line of bright coloured trousers, the retailer secured Cindi Lauper and Tavi Gevinson to front the campaign. While you're instant reaction, like mine, to the combination is likely to be a big question mark, it actually makes sense. By using 15 year-old Gevinson and 58 year-old Lauper, Uniqlo want you to know that the line is appropriate for all ages and besides, the pieces actually look like things you can imagine both wearing.
This is a really big move for Gevinson. Although her journalistic ability has won her recognition in the publishing and fashion world, this is the first time a big brand has taken her on in a modelling capacity and something tells me that this won't be the last.
What do you think?

The approach that H&M have taken on their collaboration with Marni has really worked. In the past, the mass of press ahead of the release of their collaborations has been intense so much so that many people are over it by the time the release date arrives but with Marni the approach has been different. Over the last few months, the retailer has drip fed information to subtly remind us that the collection is coming soon whilst withholding enough to keep us guessing.
We all got excited when the Sofia Coppola-shot video was released alongside an image from the campaign starring actress Imogen Poots and last week saw the duo host a low key but well attended party to celebrate the launch alongside the release of the look book images. But today we come baring more treats as the full campaign finally hit the web this morning. Liu Wen makes a surprise appearance in the campaign alongside Poots.
Let the excitement begin...
