The team at Calvin Klein are really spoiling us. If their traffic-stopping underwear ads starring Jamie Dornan and Eva Mendes was not enough, the brand has just launched their Body Collection line of jeans this month.
If, like me, you have trouble finding jeans that actually flatter those of us that are slightly more bootylicious, look no further than the brand's new line. The jeans are specially fitted with angled engineered back pockets with a curved back yoke and a stretch fitted waistband that eliminates gaping to actually contour your rear.
Many people already swear by them, calling them the guilt-free instant butt lift. Still need convinving? This week, the brand's new face, Eva Mendes, was caught wearing a pair out and about in New York.
If they're good enough for Eva Mendes, then they're good enough for us.
The Body Collection is available for men and women in Calvin Klein stores internationally this month.

In the current economy, consumers are less worried about looking and living the lifestyle of the girl in the Michael Kors campaign. Instead we are focusing on whether the style will have longevity and take us from season to season. Quality is now key. Who would have thought that it would take an economic depression to make people realise that this just might be, the best way to think.
Brands are now forced to take this into consideration when planning their campaigns. In the next few seasons expect product led adds with less emphasis of buying into a lifestyle.

The predictions and gossip about which girls will be fronting the big campaigns for autumn/winter 09 is in full swing.
Fashionologie reports that YSL and Clavin Klein will stick to their single model formulas for fall; whereas Frida Giannini is said to be keeping her use of multiple girls. The Gucci designer has allegedly cast nine models for the campaign.

To beat the economic climate, big brands are turning to the 'supers' to bring in the extra sales. We've seen Naomi amd Linda wrestle each other in the D Squared ads, not to mention Gisele and Kate Moss' appearance in the Versace spring/summer ad campaigns.
Not to be outstaged by the models, Victoria Beckham and Kate Holmes bagged coveted campaigns this season too but neither managed to get the gossip mill going as much as Pamela Anderson. After apearing in Vivienne Westwood's spring/summer ads, she plans to make her second catwalk appearance this season for Westwood's main line in Paris next Friday after making her debut in Richie Rich's show in New York last month.
