When Elite New York announced that they had hired Louie Chaban to help turn their fate around, we knew that things would change quickly and that's exactly what he's done.

Aside from bringing Karen Elson, Agyness Deyn and Christina Kruse along with him when he started, a string of top models have joined the agency since he arrived six months ago. First up was Ali Michael and Alyssa Miller who joined shortly after Cheban arrived and last week the agency confirmed that Carolina Trentini, Hilary Rhoda, Veruschka, Dorothea Barth Jorensen and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley have now followed suit.
