After suffering with Alzheimer's disease for over ten years, Kim Dawson, founder of the Dallas modeling agency Kim Dawson Agency has died.

Aged 85, she is credited with launching the careers of Angie Harmon, Bridget Hall, Erin Wasson, Chandra North and Ali Michael - and sadly passed away from the disease on Thursday, which is the seventh leading cause of death in the USA, and affects 5.3 million Americans each year.
