Anyone that reads the site regularly will know just how fond I am of Emma Stone but it's for good reason. This week she proved why her style credentials are stacking up when she stepped out at the Le Grand Rex in France.

Stone really knows how to shake things up and keep us guessing. At the London premiere of the 'The Amazing Spider-Man' she surprised us all by opting for an Elie Saab jumpsuit rather than a gown and at the Paris premiere she did it again, sporting this dark but romantic dress from the Gucci Fall 2012 collection.

Everything about the look works. The vampy hair and curled bob are different for Stone but works perfectly with the drama of the dress. I've been desperate to see the look on the red carpet after seeing at the brand's show in March and having seen it on the 24 year-old, it was definitely worth the wait.

Emma Stone can do no wrong. Last week everyone was talking about the success of her spread in the July issue of Vogue and today everyone's attention turned to what she would wear to attend the London premiere of 'Amazing Spider-Man'.

The 24 year-old sported a jumpsuit from the Elie Saab Fall 2012 and she looked great doing so. The thing that the she does so well is always changing things up. Many expected her to sport a Lanvin gown for the occasion but as always, she decided to do something different and considering how sometimish the critics can be (look at how quickly they lost interest with Rooney Mara), that's a quality that will serve her well.
