The Environmental Justice Foundation (EJF) has recently announced the launch of its new pop-up shop in central London. The UK-based charity is known for its work in empowering individuals who "suffer most from environmental abuses, (such as forced child labour and environmental abuses in cotton production), to find peaceful ways of preventing them."

With this in mind, the charity once again has returned to their temporary home in Kingly Court, off Carnaby Street, but this time are stocking up-to-the-minute sample (pre-season) men's and women's T-shirts and 100 Eley Kishimoto designed eco-friendly shopper bags at £10 each, (which were also seen on the front row at LFW earlier in September), for a limited period only. The t-shirts feature art from a number of designers, including cream-of-the-crop of British designers such as Luella, Giles Deacon, Betty Jackson, Zandra Rhodes, Alice Temperley, Katherine Hamnett, Jenny Packham, Richard Nicoll and Ciel. T-shirts can be bought separately, but savvy shoppers can invest in two t-shirts and get a free EK shopper.

With the likes of Lily Cole, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Ashley Jensen and Nic Hoult, amongst over 50 others, having been spotted sporting the organic Continental cotton t-shirts, it is likely they'll be an instant hit. More to the point, as there is only a limited amount on stock available, the T-shirts will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis so you would be wise to head over to White Gold, 1st Floor Kingly Court, London, W1B as quickly as your 5-inch heels can get you there. And as Christmas is round the corner, it would seem that there is no better time to do your bit for charity, whilst snapping up some presents your friends and family will definitely not want to take back after the festive period.

It seems that British designer Giles Deacon may be a permanent fixture at Paris Fashion Week, after showing his SS10 collection there boosted sales. "Sales were up 42 per cent for the spring collection, and a lot of new buyers came to the show. I work in London, employ people here, but I need to look at the bigger picture", the designer revealed at the annual Luxury Briefing Conference held in London this week.

Deacon showcased his Spring collection in Paris after winning this year's ANDAM award, which provides winning designers with funding of up to €160,000. The award, launched in the 1980s focuses on designers under the age of 40 who are hoping to expand their business in France, and has previously supported the likes of Viktor & Rolf, Gareth Pugh and Richard Nicoll. WWD also revealed that Deacon has a small range of cycle clothing in the pipeline, for London shop 14 Bike Co, and a line of stationary for Harvey Nichols.

One thing we hate is stepping out the door to work in a rush, only to realise we have 50 more things to carry than we imagined, and guess what, they won't fit in our handbags. But Giles has your back: He's designed 100 totes he says will help the practical fashionista, in partnership with Isklar Norwegian mineral water.

Giles' reinterpreted his signature silk jacquard to reflect the style of the Isklar bottle, which resulted in all the whimsy we expect from the innovative Brit designer. “The best thing about fashion is the fun that you have playing and experimenting with things," said Giles. "I am always on the look out for new, interesting brands with which you can get creative and have a bit of fun.”

The bags are available for £95 here (and don't worry, thirsty child, they come with two water bottles), and 50 percent of all proceeds will go directly to Oxfam. Even better than feeling charitable? Possibly getting the one bag signed by Giles himself. It'll be purchased at random by one lucky shopper, and that just might be you.

With Christmas parties and events invites coming in steady and fast, no doubt most of us will be stressing over what to wear for the season of sparkle and festivity. This season saw some great British designers and brands come back to London Fashion Week to celebrate the event's 25th anniversary with Matthew Williamson and Burberry being two amongst many. Despite the comeback of these great brands, we couldn't help but feel the absense of Giles Deacon who left London this season to show his collection in Paris. Although, it appears that we might have missed him more than he's missed us.

When asked if he was disappointed that he wasn't in London during the festivities he told Grazia Daily: "No, not really because I was in Paris. The thing with fashion week is that we're always working. I heard there were some great shows though, and that it was a really buoyant event. I'm a big fan of Christopher [Kane]'s work and I think Roksanda [Ilincic] does some beautiful things. I also think Burberry put on a fantastic show getting that front row."

Giles Deacon sure knows how to keep all eyes fixed on him from season to season. Before his upcoming runway show at Paris Fashion Week (he takes to the catwalk on Oct. 8), he hosted a preview of his jewellery range at Somerset House's Portico Rooms. And Giles' fine jewellery has something in common with YSL's successful "new vintage" collection: The range uses leftovers from past collection to make something beautiful and new.

Priced at £250 to £2,500, Giles' jewellery features Swarovski crystals, pearls and semi-precious stones. "My particular favourite is a little character called Eek, he's from a past collection," the designer told Vogue UK. "He's really sweet and comes in silver and gold on a pendant, with diamond eyes. He's the one I would wear."

Giles' fine jewellery will be sold at select retailers, and according to him, "private, bespoke commissions are most welcome".
