I wasn't a fan of Katy Perry's flapper-style outfit that she wore last week but at the 2012 MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto last night, she took a step in the right direction.
While the dress makes me think that she's going to fly away superwoman-style any minute, it works for her and the fact that she opted to wear Vawk, a young Canadian brand, rather than a big label at the event should definitely been applauded.
