Last week Lea Michele was announced as the new face of Candie's and therefore, replaces Vanessa Hudgens. The move does make sense because after all, Michele's Glee fans are the the people who will buy Candie's pieces but the partnership does raise questions. The actress is known for securing some major brands for the red carpet so I'm suprised that her first big brand partnership isn't with a luxury brand.
Do you think the partnership makes sense?

Yesterday was all about celebrating inspirational women for Glamour as the magazine hosted their 21st Annual Women of the Year awards.
Hosted by editor Cindi Lieve, the magazine celebrated the achievements of women in fields ranging from design to researching ovarian cancer. Jennifer Lopez, Lea Michele and Chelsea Handler were amongst the big names being honoured this year buts awards were also given to women like 22 year-old Withelma "T" Ortiz-Macey, a former child prostitute who has quickly become one of the biggest campaigners against sex trafficking, and feminists like Gloria Steinem.

The shows in Paris have generally been quite celebrity free but last night was different, as Karl Lagerfeld hosted a show and coctail party to celebrate the launch of his latest collection for Hogan. The usuals like Leigh Lezark and Poppy Delevigne were joined by Rachel Zoe, Ciara and Lea Michelle.

After a promising start to the awards season with the Golden Globes, the SAG awards were disappointing in the wardrobe department. The majority of the looks failed to excite at all and January Jones, Lea Michele, Tina Fey and Winona Ryder were the best of a bad bunch.
What do you think?
