When I heard that Marion Cotillard would cover Vogue's August issue, I wasn't looking forward to it but after nailing it on the cover of the Wall Street Journal's most recent issue, my view changed.

Sadly, though, now the cover has finally landed it looks like there was no reason to get excited after all. While a high res version of the cover hasn't been released yet, on first impressions the cover feels lifeless and completely unmemorable. Hopefully the full cover shoot will be better.
