Yesterday InStyle hosted their 11th annual summer soiree party at The London Hotel in West Hollywood. All of the usual faces were there, like Ashley Tisdale who arrived wearing ERIN by Erin Fetherston and Twilight's Nikki Reed. Those two didn't deliver the best outfits from the night but that aside, the looks were really good.
Khloe Kardashian looked incredible and svete in a black leather dress and simple Christian Louboutin pumps and so did Christa B. Allen wearing Giorgio Armani. My favorite look, though, came from Jaimie King who looked so feminine in tht red one-shouldered dress from the pre-fall Marchesa collection.
If there's one designer collaboration with the high street that we've been excited for, it's Marni for H&M. In the wake of the launch of the collection on March 8, the retailer and Marni designer Consuelo Catiglioni played host to a big party last night in Los Angeles to celebrate.
"It has been an inspiring night, surrounded by a perfect setting and a great crowd. L.A. encapsulated the dream," Catiglioni explained. "It is not long before Marni at H&M is in stores and I am happy to share these magical moments with everybody." Celebrating the experience with the team were stars like Drew Barrymoore, Jessica Chastain and Milla Jovoovich and collaborator, Sophia Coppola. "it"s nice to see again the people I worked with on the project for Marni and H&M," Coppola said at the event. "I just tried to do something that fitted with the mood of the collection, the fantasy and the fun of fashion."
Mena Suvari's pale-pink satin dress with dainty organza detailing almost made up for her apparent attempt at an Amy Winehouse-style beehive. The occasion to debut her look? Yesterday's Women In Film Pre-Oscar Party.
Mena Suvari wore a simple blue strapless dress with opaque tights to Chrisian Siriano's runway show yesterday at New York Fashion Week, while Amber Rose opted for a graphic-print dress with extravagant shoulders.
Mena Suvari andLindsay Lohan looked over jewellery at the Lia Sophia Clam Bake in Malibu, California, yesterday in their casual-summer best. Whose style wins you over?
