Despite the surprise heat wave that we've experienced over the last few days in London, it wouldn't be too dramatic to say that summer in the UK has been pretty dire on the good weather front. With that in mind, it doesn't look like we have long to enjoy sporting the S/S12 collections but thanks to Net-A-Porter, that isn't all bad.

Yesterday they announced that the Marni Fall 2012 collection has just landed online and that's a good enough reason to be excited for the winter months, no? As you'll recall, the fall 2012 collection was strong and saw Consuelo Castiglioni move away from simple showing the brand's signature prints, as she started in S/S12, and move towards playing with block colours instead.

So far the collection available on the site is relatively small but will grow quickly over the coming weeks. See my picks from what's available so far in the gallery.
