Erin Wasson Wants Live Music At Fall 2010 'Ethnic-Rug' Runway Show

Erin Wasson, who has single-handedly revolutionised the way in which models dress off-duty, looks set to continue blazing a trail in 2010. Wasson already has a glittering career as a 'super', which has seen her appear on covers ranging from Vogue to Allure; walk for the likes of Balenciaga and Gucci; and be photographed by Patrick Demarchelier, Mario Testino and Steven Meisel, to name but a few. And since she unveiled her debut collection for RVCA, we just can't get enough of her pared-down chic and highly wearable designs.

Always a trendsetter, the supermodel-turned-stylist looks set to channel the concept of Fashion Rocks by sending her forthcoming Fall '10 collection to the beats of a live band. It seems Alexander Wang's muse and BFF is also leaving the comfort of the Bryant Park Tents in favour of new pastures. According to a report from Style.com: "We hear Erin Wasson is trading in the Tents for Fall '10 in favour of an ethnic-rug catwalk at ABC Home. Still planning live band though."

Vladimir Restoin-Roitfeld Continues His Quest To Make Art 'More Fun And Open Minded'

Being born the son of clothier Christian Restoin and editor of French Vogue Carine Roitfeld, you would expect 25 year-old Vladimir to have become accustomed to the idea of exclusivity within the industry's elite, however it seems the young curator (or 'art tailor' as he prefers), begs to differ. “I was going to different exhibitions and it always had this feeling of a closed circle, and it was something very hard to enter for many,” he revealed. “So I thought if I just did it in a different way, I could capture the interest of a different crowd of people."

And that was precisely what he did, attracting a fabulous, fashionable and eclectic crowd of Leonardo DiCaprio, Jean Paul Gaultier, Mary-Kate Olsen and Patrick Demarchelier to name a few, with the three art shows he has held so far in New York. “I am still discovering everything as I’m doing it,” he told The Observer recently, “I love New York. When you’re young and studying a business, it’s a city that inspires you to do a lot.”

Three Reasons We Like 'Easy Virtue' Screenings

Jessica Biel sported the nude-colour trend at last night's screening of 'Easy Virtue' in New York, although we must say we were more focused on Ben Barnes than her. At the screening and after-party: our favourite Mr Darcy, Marc and Lorenzo and a perfect opportunity to play "Pick Your Favourite Hemingway".
