We don't know about you, but we've been playing a game of fashion Where's Waldo. Top models Sigrid Agren, Toni Garrn and Georgina Stojiljkovic haven't been making their usual zillion fashion-week appearances, and we've been wondering why.

It seems, according to Fashionologie, that the three might be taking a season off to focus on studying. Myf Shepherd, the face of Gucci, has also sat out of London Fashion Week so far, and only walked a few shows in New York. (Granted, she did make 3.1 Phillip Lim.) It looks like she's thinking of taking a break, too.

Are you missing any of your other favourite models from the fashion-week round ups?

The 3.1 Phillip Lim customer will always be youthful, probably, which makes flirty, abstract dresses like the above style, worn by Karlie Kloss, ideal. But there's something to be said for maturing, which Lim definitely did this season. Sure, maybe his woman wears her power suit with shorts, or trousers rolled to the ankle, but she has places to go either way.

And so it was grown-up clothing on the Lim runway, but not without the designer's signature whimsical touches. A floaty blouse was drenched with polka dots. A tuxedo jacket worn as a dress glittered with silver sequins. And as for this season's increasingly popular crocodile print, Lim chose to splash that with sequins, too.

With a selection of it girls (Leighton Meester, Alexa Chung, Olivia Thirlby) sitting front-row, Lim seems to have popularity under control. And we don't think a standout collection for spring can hurt, either.

Jim Nelson and Jim Moore

The CFDA Awards officially are set for June 15, but GQ Creative Director Jim Moore was honoured for his impending nod at Barneys New York last night. "Whenever you hear someone say, 'That guy is so GQ,' Jim Moore ought to get a residual check," says the mag's editor-in-chief, Jim Nelson. "He's the man who made GQ so GQ."

So. Mr So-GQ, the newest recipient of the Eleanor Lambert Award, partied it up on the department store's menswear floor with Phillip Lim and Patrick Robinson at his side. As for Barneys Creative Director Simon Doonan, we just want to know what he was laughing about.

See? Yesterday's Cartier event was so much fun. At least Demi Moore thinks so.

Check out who else showed up for the bash at New York's Cartier Fifth Avenue. Hint: The list includes Justin Timberlake, Coco Rocha and Elton John.

Guys all over the world were jealous when Gap launched their women's Design Edition White Shirts designed by the likes of Band of Outsiders. Don't worry guys, you can trust Topman to be on the case. Yersterday, the high street shop held a private viewing of cool, customised basic tops by designers Richard Chai, Phillip Lim, Christopher Shannon, Juun J, JW Anderson and Henry Holland.

The upshot of so many people going 80s is that remaining designers are displaying the clean structure associated with parts of that decade. Whether that means crisp shoulders and a nipped-in waist on a blazer or nearly straight lines on a Jil Sander shift is left to personal preference. Balmain's interpretation placed an angular jacket with a bright-blue sequinned skirt, striking perhaps the most middle-of-the-road balance with The Bad Decade and, well, realistic cool factor. So get thee to a tailor, my friend. The looks are here, and they should fit perfectly.

You want green clothes? How cliche! Everybody knows that one of the best parts of this holiday is the pot of gold at the end of the leprechaun's rainbow. (Or at least that's how things were when I ate Lucky Charms.)
