That's right, she's Heidi Samuel. The 'Project Runway' host was granted approval at a Los Angeles court hearing last Friday to use her husband Seal's surname. Although the couple married four years ago and have had three children together, until last week, Klum had retained her own name.
The supermodel, who surprised audiences at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show last week by taking a turn down the catwalk, has not stated yet whether she will continue to be called Heidi Klum in her professional life. Either way, we bet Karl Lagerfeld doesn't care.

Okay, we'll admit it, we take a guilty pleasure in watching fashion reality television shows. So it's no surprise that we did get a little too excited when we heard that MTV has another in the pipeline - Styl'D. As the title suggests, the series will centre around stylists, as we watch five junior assistants run around endlessly for three high-end celebrity stylists from the Margaret Maldonado Agency, including tasks like prepping Kim Kardashian for an event. From watching the teaser trailor, we think of it as a combination of The Rachel Zoe Project and Project Runway - so that'll mean another night in by the television, then.

We're not sure why, but the first thing that popped into our minds when we learned that Heidi Klum is launching a "pervasive lifestyle collection" was, "What will Karl Lagerfeld say?" The Chanel designer has been quick to take swipes at her for being an overly perky unknown (according to him), and has even gone so far as to criticise her husband Seal's skin. We smell a made-for-TV movie somewhere in that bickering. But we digress.
Klum will launch her new line for fall 2010, starting with 48 styles of shoes. The model is taking inspiration from her own wardrobe (naturally), which seems to be "feminine with a bit of a fashion and rock 'n' roll edge". Next, after footwear, will come workout clothes, dresses and swimwear. By February, a maternity line will follow. And all of this sounds like perfect bait for a 'Project Runway' challenge, no? Not that Karl will be watching.

We know Heidi Klum's having her fourth child and all, but that doesn't mean she couldn't take time for a new project: voicing 'Heidi Barbie'. The 11.5-inch version of the supermodel attended New York Fashion Week in place of the real 'Project Runway' presenter, who was actually at home in LA with husband Seal.
Klum's Barbie doll interviewed the likes of Michael Kors, Mario Testino and Rachel Zoe backstage during fashion week, all the while appropriately decked out in a sequined mini dress, Victoria's Secret knickers and Lorraine Schwartz ring.
"The 'Heidi Barbie' voice makes Seal crazy," admits Klum. To hear HB's interviews, just check Modelinia.

Directly after presenting her eponymous line at the MAGIC trade show in Las Vegas last week, former 'Project Runway' contestant Kenley Collins revealed that it is the plus size market that has shown the most interest in her range. "There were five plus-size buyers that really liked my stuff. So I have them on my mailing list and I'm sending them line sheets and following up with them and seeing what happens. I feel like it's a great market and I'd rather do that than wedding dresses."
Although the newbie designer isn't sure on whether a plus size range will go ahead, one thing is for sure - she definitely won't be heading back into the bridal market. Requests for custom bridal gowns poured in for the designer after creating a wedding dress for one of the 'Project Runway' challenges. "I did it for a year and it was good money, and now I'm broke. And I'm tempted to be in hell again and make another wedding dress," adding that she would never consider going back into it.
It's not just the plus size market that has shown an interest in Collins' work, however. "Kelly Rowland's stylist contacted me to pull some samples — just for anything, for events, for the VMAs,", however Kenley turned the opportunity down, claiming that she needed her samples, and that it felt as though it would be a betrayal of 'The Fashion Show' on Kelly's behalf. Only time will tell what the fiesty ex-jailbird will do.

Every season the fashion jury wait in anticipation to get the first peek at the up and coming talent: the next Alexander Wang, Louise Goldin and Christopher Kane. Normally, these new fashion darlings sprout from fashion courses all over the world, however it is becoming increasingly apparent that New York Fashion Week giants are surrounded by new, yet familiar faces.
