Last month Hunter announced the launch of a nationwide campaign to track down the best outfits worn with their boots. Previously a staple footwear choice of farmers and royals, in recent years the ubiquitous wellington boots have adorned the feet of celebrities such as Rachel Bilson, Daisy Lowe, Kate Moss and Alexa Chung, quickly becoming a festival goers favourite.
The competition is a celebration of Hunter's heritage and will be judged by fashion expert and boutique owner, Brix Smith-Start who describes hunters as "the Rolls Royce of wellington boots."

Last night, amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS research, held thier amfAR Milano event that ran alongside Milan Fashion Week. The foundation, who have held their events everywhere from New York to Venice, opted for Milan this time around due to the Italian fashion communities continual support of their work.
The fashion industry definitely came out to support yesterday evening with everyone from Linda Evangelista and Chanel Iman to Donatella Versace and Dean and Dan Caten from Dsquared2.

Hervé Léger To Open Flagship Store In London
Hervé Léger's rebirth took the fashion world by storm and had anyone who's anyone, including the likes of Rachel Bilson, Blake Lively and Victoria Beckham, sporting bandage dresses. The brand, which was a hit in the '80s, was revived by Max Azria who took over as the creative director, and is single-handedly responsible for every body-con-esque item of clothing currently adorning shop floors, is set to open its flagship store in time for London Fashion Week later this month.
The boutique, based on Lowndes Street in Knightsbridge, will be set out over two floors and includes its own VIP area. Azria said, "I most definitely wanted a boutique in London, the capital of avant-gardism and creativity". We most definitely do too, so thank you, Mr Azria.
