For the window displays of SS09, we saw mannequins suffocated by masses of colourful, inflatable dinosaurs, and for the AW09 ad campaign, Bambi and friends surrounded model Sigrid Agren in a mix of illustration and photography. It should, therefore be no surprise that quirky British designer Stella McCartney is rumoured to be releasing a jewellery line in collaboration with Disney, for a collection full of fantastical Alice in Wonderland inspired "rabbits, Mad Hatter's hats and hearts and spades."
The line will launch in time with the release of Tim Burton's remake of the classic film, starring Johnny Depp, however Stella isn't the only one to be celebrating the new release with a special collection. Nail brand O.P.I. are said to be producing four Alice inspired nail colours - 'Off With Her Red', 'Thanks So Muchness!', 'Absolutely Alice' and 'Mad as a Hatter' - while Urban Decay relaunch their Book of Shadows complete with an Alice In Wonderland pop up scene, exclusively for the film.

Have you noticed that there have been a few absences on the runway this season like Tanya Dziahileva, Raquel Zimmermann, Sigrid Agren and Catherine McNeil?
According to sources, Tanya D will be back in good form on the runway for the Paris shows this week but there's been no word about the others. Jessica Stam on the other hand, has been confirmed to be back in New York and will not be walking in any of the Paris shows due to sickness.

We don't know about you, but we've been playing a game of fashion Where's Waldo. Top models Sigrid Agren, Toni Garrn and Georgina Stojiljkovic haven't been making their usual zillion fashion-week appearances, and we've been wondering why.
It seems, according to Fashionologie, that the three might be taking a season off to focus on studying. Myf Shepherd, the face of Gucci, has also sat out of London Fashion Week so far, and only walked a few shows in New York. (Granted, she did make 3.1 Phillip Lim.) It looks like she's thinking of taking a break, too.
Are you missing any of your other favourite models from the fashion-week round ups?

Who interviews better than Karl Largerfeld? You can always rely on him to reveal intricate private details about his life or comment on his lack of interest of knowledge about some star or the other.
