Eva Mendes and Jamie Dornan have been invited once again to be the faces of Calvin Klein, with jobs set up for the Spring 2010 Denim Campaign. As the stars of the label's current campaign, the duo are photographed drenched in water, with their limbs entangled together in a racy pose. However, it would seem that not everyone is a fan of the billboards, and some New York residents have gone as far as to call for their removal.

At present, there is no confirmation of what we can expect for the upcoming campaign, which is to be shot by Steven Klein, but we can be sure that it will most likely involve a scantily clad Eva, draped in some way or another all over Mr Dornan. And as for whether the new campaign will face similar criticism, only time will tell, but if one thing is clear, then it's that Ms Mendes will surely deal with any negative reactions in the same way she has done in the past - ignoring them. Having had her advert for the Calvin Klein Secret Obsession perfume banned by US TV network bosses - the one in which Mendes seductively writhed around on a bed in the nude - she replied by saying she was "thrilled" that the advert was considered too saucy. Naughty girl!

Madonna is fast becoming serious competition for established models worldwide, following her scoop of two major ad campaigns this year alone. First was the Louis Vuitton campaign, which saw the ultra limber pop star striking some seriously elegant poses whilst maintaining her sultry pout. Yes we were envious! And even more so now. She is currently starring as Dolce and Gabbana's new spring ad campaign, which was shot in Brooklyn (New York) last weekend, by Steven Klein, and saw Madonna sporting the duo's Sicillian inspired collection.

The shoot must be have been truly enthralling as Stefano Gabbana couldn't resist post up-to-the-minute tweets, one of which read, "We are at the last shot... M [Madonna] is simply beautiful" and "we're very, very tired but happy as well...To have Madonna in our campaign is a dream come true."

When she sported her new shaved 'do on her way to London a while back, the fashion industry's tongues started wagging admist rumours that the Bajan singer was on her way to shoot for Vogue Italia with Steven Klein.

The rumours were true. Rihanna missed out on the cover of the actual magazine, but looked fierce in this Valentino dress on the magazine's couture supplement.

Milk Studios seems to be the place to be in New York for fashion week. Since starting the new initiative Alexander Wang, Proenza Schouler and ThreeAsFour have all signed up to show at Milk Studios instead of the Mercedez-Benz tents.

As if the event wasn't looking 'cool' enough, Br(IT) boy Gareth Pugh also has reportedly signed up to show his collection there. According to Confessions of a Casting Director, Pugh will show a video installation to press and buyers by Steven Klein at the venue.

You can find 'Big Love' star Ginnifer Goodwin steaming up the pages (and cover) of W magazine's June issue in a Steven Klein shoot we're pretty fond of.

We could be proud of the actress for playing in Tom Ford's upcoming directorial debut, or starring in the film adaptation of Beverly Cleary's Beezus and Ramona. But what we really want to give her a pat on the back for is explaining how she felt when asked for dating advice after 'He's Just Not That Into You' hit cinemas: "I don’t know why anyone would want to ask an actor for dating advice. We are not the poster children for healthy relationships."
