Katy Perry's red carpet looks can be a hit and miss. You can never be quite sure what to expect. One day she's wearing a smurf dress and the next she's in an elegant Elie Saab Couture creation.

Yesterday was a good day though as she stepped out at the ASCAP Awards. She looks effortless and romantic in this ivory embroidered S/S12 Temperley London dress and her new purple locks work a lot better than the blue she was sporting at fashion week.

Whilst we've seen the jumpsuit become a catwalk staple for some seasons now, the key to buying an investment to last Summer through to Winter is to look for a long sleeved, long legged one-piece. Keep it belted to accentuate the figure and buy in neutral colours, sticking to black, petrol blue or nudes and pale greys. Accessorize with shoe boots for day or stilettos for night, and even an oversized pompom if you're feeling brave a la Sonia Rykiel.

Ferretti Bridal Collection To Be Unveiled In London

Searching for the perfect wedding gown? Listen up. We've been accustomed to lusting after the Temperley Bridal collection, and now we can unveil (no puns intended) another designer, turning their hand to the bridal market, much to our delight. Alberta Ferretti revealed her bridal collection in Milan in July, and will be bringing her collection to The Designer Wedding Show, next weekend in London. The new collection by Ferretti will be showing alongside designers such as Valentino, Elie Saab and Sassi Holford, so is definitely the place for fashionable brides-to-be... and maybe those of us who aren't engaged, too. We can window shop, right?
