Kim Kardashian Talks Back

It was only a matter of time before Kim K would release a statement about the unretouched images that Complex accidently put on their website this week.

Whilst most celebs would be angry about the leak, Kardashian said:

"You know what, who cares! So what, I have a little cellulite. What curvy girl doesn't!? How many people do you think are photoshopped? It happens all the time!" I'm proud of my body and my curves and this picture coming out is probably helpful for everyone to see that just because I am on the cover of a magazine doesn't mean I'm perfect.

Despite a recent post on her website where she tried to defend the fact that she is a size 2, I have to respect her statement. It's nice to see a woman in the public eye celebrate her body and her imperfections rather than hiding behind them.

Go Kim!

Kim Kardashian Photoshop Blunder

I used to think, "Yeah, right" when celebrities complained that not even they looked like their pictures in magazines, but exposed Photoshop fixes over the past few years (Faith Hill on the Redbook cover, Jessica Alba in the Campari ad) have convinced me otherwise.

Complex magazine posted a pre-altered image of Kim Kardashian on its website (oops!), and Animal NY caught it before staffers could make the swap. New skin tone, new hairline, smaller waist, different bust...maybe it would be easier if magazines would hire just one model and then slap a different celeb's face on her for each spread.
