The two married in Mexico four years ago, and Roy reportedly said she wants 'nonmonetary relief'. The designer's soon-to-be ex perhaps could use some relief in the monetary department, as he already owes $2 million in New York state taxes.

Looks like Agy and her rocker of choice, Albert Hammond Jr, have called it quits. The pair were together less than a year and were recently photographed for a Vogue Valentine's Day spread. New York magazine reports that the split was mutual and the two remain friends.
