Today Calvin Klein announced it is to host a multi brand event in Berlin, to showcase the latest offerings from Calvin Klein Collection, ck Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Underwear and the label's latest addition to their fragrance collection - Calvin Klein Beauty. The invitation-only event - which will take place on Wednesday 7th of July at Die Muenze, Germany - will coincide with the opening of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin and the renowned industry tradeshow, Bread & Butter Premiere League.

Lara Stone, face of three of the Calvin Klein brands is expected to attend, alongside the newly announced face of the Calvin Klein Beauty fragrance, Hollywood actress Diane Kruger, and Kellan Lutz, who models for the Calvin Klein X Underwear range. The evening will be hosted by the brand's three creative directors, Francisco Costa, Italo Zuccheli and Kevin Carrigan, as well as the company's President and CEO, Tom Murry, and will present the Spring and Resort 2011 collections as well as revealing a specially commissioned installation by J.MAYER H. architects.

Behind-the-scenes videos are fast-becoming more interesting than the ad campaigns themselves. Having trawled through videos from the likes of Kate Moss (Longchamp), Abbey Lee (Pop) and Lindsay Lohan (Purple), we were starting to get a little jaded by videos of the sort. That was until Twilight uber-hunk Kellan Lutz came on the screen.

Starring in the latest Calvin Klein ads, Lutz shows off his rippling muscles in a way that reminded us very much of Mark Wahlberg in those Calvin ads of the '90s. Lutz also uses the film to tell us a little bit about himself. He loves to swim and snowboard. He's a "boxers, not briefs man". He loved wearing nothing but the underwear on the shoot because, "Calvin Klein underwear just holds you together." All we can say is R-Patz who?

Last night's Golden Globes led into a few after-parties - including the official fete at the Beverly Hilton Hotel's Oasis Courtyard, plus an HBO event at the hotel's Circa 55 restaurant - and that gave us the chance to see partygoers who didn't make it to the red carpet. That includes Lindsay Lohan, who chose a sparkly hooded dress for the occasion (and also crashed a gathering hosted by the New York Times Style Magazine), and the likes of Ashley Olsen, Amanda Seyfried and Camilla Belle. Even actresses who did hit the awards ceremony, like Golden Globe-winner Chloe Sevigny, showed up to let loose. And if everyone could let loose while looking as good as Ms Sevigny in Christian Lacroix Haute Couture, then we should head to Beverly Hills parties seven days a week.
