It really depends whether you like to see a man GQ-ed out or a little scruffy when it comes to our Fash Off between 'Heroes' star Milo Ventimiglia and Penn Badgley of 'Gossip Girl'. So do you prefer someone to look perfectly composed or a little slept-in and rumpled?
