I must admit. I am amongst the many journalists that haven't always been so favourable about Peaches Geldof's fashion choices in the past but since giving birth, her outfits seem to have changed and in a good way.
The Alberta Ferretti demi-couture gown that she wore last night to attend the London premiere of 'The Dark Knight Rises' is a case in point. The dress felt a lot more polished and grown up compared to the Peaches of old and really worked on her.

As far as red carpet looks are concerned, I'm always excited to see what Anne Hathaway is going to wear. More often than not, she never puts a foot wrong but things have changed recently.
Last week she sported that black peplum Givenchy dress that did little to hide her smaller frame, as she prepares for her role in Les Miserables, and sadly this outfit that she wore last night to attend the premiere of 'The Dark Knight Rises' hit a similar note. Her hair and make-up looked flawless but I'm not convinced that this plunge-neck Prabal Gurung Resort 2013 works on her.

Emma Stone can do no wrong. Last week everyone was talking about the success of her spread in the July issue of Vogue and today everyone's attention turned to what she would wear to attend the London premiere of 'Amazing Spider-Man'.
The 24 year-old sported a jumpsuit from the Elie Saab Fall 2012 and she looked great doing so. The thing that the she does so well is always changing things up. Many expected her to sport a Lanvin gown for the occasion but as always, she decided to do something different and considering how sometimish the critics can be (look at how quickly they lost interest with Rooney Mara), that's a quality that will serve her well.
After making a statement on the red carpet in Cannes, Cheryl Cole did the same thing last night at the London premiere of 'What to Expect When You're Expecting.' This time she opted for this Victoria Beckham two-tone S/S12 dress in what is by far one of the best looks we've seen from her in a while.

Jennifer Lawrence is having a moment. From the first premiere of her new movie 'Hunger Games' earlier on this week it quickly became apparent that the actress is the new fashion darling much in the way that Blake Lively has been since her role in 'Gossip Girl'. Just in case you didn't realise her new golden girl status, the 21 year-old wore this stunning one-of-a-kind Ralph Lauren creation. The crocodile-skin printed design reportedly took over 800s hours of hand beading to create the effect.

The holidays are officially over so the promotion of the new 'Girl With The Dragon Tattoo' continues. For the first big red carpet event of the year Rooney Mara did a really good job. Wearing a black dress nipped in at the waist from the pre-fall Louis Vuitton collection to attend the film's Paris premiere, the dress was classy without fuss and was a promising sign for the red carpet looks to come.

In the run up to the big unveiling of 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo', everyone has been going crazy for Rooney Mara. She's appeared on the cover of American Vogue and most recently on Allure and Dazed & Confused but I must admit, I've never been quite enamoured by her. That all changed, though, when she hit the red carpet for the New York premiere of the movie yesterday. The actress, who was just announced as a Gold Globe nominee, looked incredible in this S/S12 Prabal Gurung dress. Teamed with her slicked back hair side parted hair and red lips, the look is one of my favourites from the last few weeks.

Jessica Biel was out in New York yesterday to attend the premiere of her new film, 'New Year's Eve' at the Ziegfeld Theatre. While I love her hair and make-up, I haven't quite made up my mind about this Valentino dress.

I haven't been crazy about Chloe Moretz's recent red carpet looks but she got it right this week at the premiere of 'Hugo' in New York. This neutral Dolce & Gabbana strapless dress from a few seasons ago teamed with the natural make-up and subtly waved hair looks age appropriate but still carpet-ready and hopefully signals the movement in this direction for the actress.

Michelle Williams doesn't get it wrong. Over the past few years she's found a look that suits with her and she continues to work it so well and this look was no different.
For the premiere of her new movie, 'My Week With Marilyn' she opted for this ultra feminine spaghetti strapped Erdem dress that complimented her porcelain skin and short hair so well. To finish it off, she paired the dress with a pair of black open toe Roger Vivier heels.
